3. Chapter 3: Learning to Listen Deeply

In her classes, Willow didn’t just learn about coaching — she practiced it.

She partnered with other animals from across the world: a lion learning to guide leaders in his pride, a dolphin hoping to coach teams under the sea, and a wise old turtle eager to help others balance work and rest.

Each week, Willow learned to:

• Listen not only to words, but to pauses, energy, and emotion.

• Create a safe nest where clients could stretch their wings.
