5. Chapter 5: Building a Practice, Branch by Branch

During her training, Willow began designing her own practice.

She chose a niche: helping other animals in transition — from one job, season, or dream to the next.

She created simple systems:

• A welcoming message for new clients.

• A schedule that worked for her nocturnal rhythm.

• A way to attract clients who were ready to grow.

By the time graduation approached, Willow already had a few paying clients in her calendar.
