4. Chapter 4: The Courage to Coach

Willow’s heart beat fast the first time she coached a fellow student live in class.

She worried: What if I get it wrong? What if my wings falter?

But her mentor gently reminded her: “Coaching is not about having the answers. It’s about guiding the flight.”

As Willow asked open questions, she watched her partner — a timid sparrow — uncover her own solutions. By the end of the session, the sparrow sang with newfound confidence.
