6. Chapter 6: Certification & Community
After six months of learning, practicing, and growing, Willow proudly earned her coach certification as Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach credential.
She felt deep joy placing the certificate in her tree hollow, but even more joy joining the Graduate Community — a flock of coaches who continue to learn and soar together.
She discovered that coaching isn’t a lonely flight. It’s a shared journey with mentors, peers, and lifelong allies.
