The 6-Month Journey (22 Weeks)

  • 12 Mentoring Classes guided by your Mentor Coach using the Coach Training Accelerator™ (dialogues, resources, audio sessions, advanced strategies).
  • 10 “Coach the Coach” Weeks rotating as coach, client, and observer—with immediate feedback.
  • Virtual Classroom with weekly lessons, assignments, and a private forum for support and collaboration.
  • Weekly time commitment: about 60–90 minutes of class plus practical assignments.

Your Certification

Graduate as a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach (CTACC) and proudly display your credential. You may use the CTA Certified Coach logo in your marketing and leverage the credibility of an ICF-accredited Level One program aligned with the ACC pathway.
