1. 1. Explore the possibility

   That’s what you’re doing now. Notice what interests you, what feels meaningful, and what you still want to understand.

2. 2. Experience coaching live

   The free Becoming A Certified Coach workshop lets you see coaching demonstrated, ask questions, and learn about CTA’s approach before deciding whether to enroll in training.

3. 3. Learn and practice with support

   In the 22-week Certified Coach Program, you learn coaching skills, coach and experience being coached, and receive feedback from your trainer.

4. 4. Begin putting coaching into practice

   This begins during training. As your skills develop, you practice with real people and work on your niche, message, and approach to attracting clients. Students can begin enrolling fee-based clients while still in the program.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Your trainer, classmates, curriculum, and practice opportunities give you a structure for learning. You can ask questions, try the skills, receive feedback, and discover your direction along the way.
